#4 Think positive

Concentrate on the positive things in life that bring you joy and give you energy, no matter how simple they are.

Sometimes we lose sight of the good things in Iife, especially if our working day is hectic or monotonous. But we can learn to pay more attention to the little things in life that are really good, give us a boost and for which we are grateful. If we pay these things more attention and focus on them, over time we will become more aware of them and they will play a bigger role. It could be an enjoyable moment or celebrating a little success during the day.

A little task for during the day: Write down 3 things or moments that were good today or yesterday and you are grateful for.
